The employees often have no idea what the company's overall situation is, because the leaders tend to make all the decisions on their own, without asking anyone else to give their opinion. This problem can occur when the manager does not understand the employees' work (in a programming company, for example) and therefore cannot communicate effectively with the employees.
按照“蘑菇管理”的方式,员工的好奇心和自我表现不会得到支持。员工也经常不清楚公司的整体状况,因为公司领导们倾向于自己制定所有决策,不询问其他任何人的意见。当管理者不明白员工的具体工作(比如在编程公司)时,就会发生这种问题,于是也无法与员工有效沟通。
The consequences of mushroom management can be extremely detrimental for everyone involved in the company. If the flow of information within a company is insufficient, the people involved often have a limited understanding of how to react in situations that require quick assessment and prompt decision making.
“蘑菇管理”对公司每个人都很不利。如果公司内部的信息流通不充分,公司内的人员在遇到需要快速评估和立即决定的情况时,就不怎么明白该如何应对。
